    Cylinder heads-

    MGB/1800 complete with valve gear
    Duplex camshaft drive chain wheels
    Rover V8 heads complete with valve gear
    And more call me before it all goes to the scrapyard.
    Also MGB O/d Gearbox
    All to be scrapped 2nd week in Jan 2014

    Now the 3rd week in Jan So all scrapped.

    Perhaps we are too late.
    The duplex camshaft drive chain wheels, especially if the chain and tensioner are included, are a rapid upgrade as it all fits under the standard Marina timing chain cover.
    I have rarely heard of a simplex Marina timing chain failing, but if you have plans to change the cam with a higher lift one, the load on the chain increases.
    Having said that with a new cam I would always fit an adjustable sprocket to get the particular cam set spot on.
