At the end of the day if it can be made to fit it will do the job

Beware! Triumph was mostly Lockheed. The servo will fit as it has the correct bolt / stud pattern for the Marina pedal box but your master cylinder is not compatible if you have a Girling single / dual unit. It is due to the length of the push rod that makes contact with master cylinder from within the servo.
There is no reason why you can't replace both your Girling servo and master cylinder with the Lockheed servo and master cylinder.
Do you have a picture of the master cylinder on your car??
