Have a look at < www.cbsonline.co.uk > they do a range of ready made louvre panels that you could blend into your panel www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/heating-air-con-and-ventilation-body-vents-and-scoopsl.

I've had two Roadster bonnets done in the last several years both at the Marlin factory!
Maybe worth a call?
