Re: MOC South West monthly meet
Hi.
I have a Roadster and keep it on the road all year round, (subject to it's tantrums it throws up), when will the next SW meet be please, and where on this site is the best place to look for future meets.
Thanks

Re: MOC South West monthly meet
Hi Pete,
I did poke my nose in to the bar but didn't see anybody obviously Marlin, it was very busy, I'll look harder next time. The wet weather showed up a few leaks from under the dashboard, seems a not uncommon problem! I did have a brief chat with a couple from Taunton with a Berlinetta in the throws of a rebuild. See you next time. Cheers.

Re: MOC South West monthly meet
Although today was a miserable wet day it was nice that Danny and his friend made the effort to come to the meet today in his silver Hunter, all the way from the Birmingham area. Good to see you both and catch up with the news.
I saw your recently acquired Hunter Julian, but not you. We were upstairs in the bar from 12.30h as per the plan. I put a SW Meets sign on our table, but didn’t see you there.
Hope to see more local SW Marlineers next time.

Re: MOC South West monthly meet
260 mile round trip is a bit too far! Sorry can't make it.
Did do Castle combe last Saturday. Only 3 Marlins on the club pitch, plus one other there with another car club.
Some fast cars on the circuit though watching a Scooby-doo being harrased by a (very fast) Peugot 106 was entertaining.
There was a drifting demo too. One of the silliest exhibitions I have ever seen, although you have to admire the driver's ability to stay on the road (most of the time).

Damn! A bit more notice and we might/could have made it (prior booking)
Good luck to Pete, we hope to see him on Friday, in the Marlin, if it don't rain too much!

With poor Pete waiting for his foot to recover, just a reminder to SW Marlins that it is Wadebridge wheels on Sunday 15th July at the Royal Cornwall showground at Wadebridge. It is still possible to book in on their Wadebridge Wheels web site. Lets hope the weather holds. See you there.
Best wishes to you Pete. It won't be long now until you are running around again.
