Doubt tax implications, have bought lots o r/c model parts there, never paid duty, and france is a bit keen on stuff like that, depends on customs declaration, get em to indicate a value less than £30/40 these are £13/14 equiv!

I have bought numerous light units, both normal and LED, off eBay that are made in Bulgaria. Always excellent / OE type quality. No import duty and delivered promptly. Far better than Chinese made items.
I think Bulgaria must be the automotive light manufacturing capital of Europe :0
