  • Drive up the coast.

I'd like to have managed Stoneliegh this year but I was working this weekend and on call, I almost drove down on Monday but would not have had much time there, I must say the cars I've seen in my mates Photos looked good and more turned up than I expected given the weather was not great, anyhow I got my Marlin out on Monday midday and had a good long drive, through Bala, then over to Harlech, Llanbeddur and Shell Island then Barmouth, Dolgelly then back home via Bala and not a drop of rain or another kit car spotted in over 150 miles, but it was much colder at the coast especially when the Sun disappeared, I never stopped the car but kept driving apart from the odd Bank holiday traffic queue, it's surprising how comfy the basic Clam shell seats are.

I occasionally take mine out for a run through the Chiltern Hills, and yes still got the basic Marlin seats which are fine even for a couple of hours driving.
