  • It's finished!! (for now at least)

    Having spent several years putting it together, endured the IVA (test and retest) and had it painted, I thought I would share a few pictures

    well done, lovely looking car.
    - 9th owner of T693 SSC possibly a factory built Ford based V8 Sportster
    - 4th owner of Q309 RNV, an early Cabrio built by Bob Copping, owned Doug & Liz Billings for 16 years
    - 9th Custodian of JRR 929D, Triumph Vitesse based special Paul Moorehouse built prior to the Triumph Roadster kits.
    - 8th owner of Roadster chassis number 2395. Now owned by Barry!
    - Builder of chassis number 2325 (PKK 989M) in the mid 80's. Now owned by Eric & Lynne.

      Very nice.................what's under the bonnet (twin exhausts suggest V8?)

        The V8 badge also suggests a V8...
        Lovely job...2-tone paint suits it well.

          You're right. It's an SD1 - nothing exotic just standard but rebuilt with a fast road cam

            Lol, You've got good eyesight!

            The red over off-white two tone reminds me of another very good Cabrio - that of Peter Morris.

            Hope we see you showing her off at the various shows...............?
