sportster modernisation?

hi, this has possibly been asked before but has anyone fitted a modern front end to an older modle of the car, ie the grill surround with the holes in?
i quite like the look with the indivdual guards over the wheeks and the small plinth over the exhaust look,

I was thinking of fitting the later front end too.. are they still available anywhere or anyone got a spare one ??

Looks nice and finishes the car off I guess marlin would be able so sell on direct as the dimensions don't look all that different

Drew, Your car is Mk1 roadster and panels for this kit are no longer available but some roadster builders have cut the Alfa style holes in the nose themselves.
