'New' Sporster for sale, IVA'd, Rover V8

Seems to be have been incomplete due to deceased builder, now finished and IVA'd just needs Q plate applied for.

Looks a bit high on the tail, but a great car. Ticks all my boxes if I had £7k and could sell my Roadster for £3k!

Are any of the items still available to finish the car ie weather gear, wiper mechanism etc .
