    Improvements so far

Hope this works, I have never uploaded pic before.
I have been getting my Roadster ready for Stoneleigh. Just about there. Tie rods to finish off and that's about it.

I bet you sometimes wish that was a stainless steel bonnet?
I always liked the look of SU (and other carbs) fitted with Trumpets/Ram pipes. They generate a nice sound, look cool, and on a low mileage summer car, the potential of dirt being sucked into the intake is quite low.

Yes, S/S would be so much easier to look after. I use a pair of sink plugs for the carbs when stood idle. You're right, the small mileage I do will not be an issue for the Ram pipes. Will you be at Stoneleigh? Interested in having a look at the brakes you have on your Roadster.

Stoneligh is about 2000km from what I now call home, a little far for an AGM.
With luck, Jez Coc (lil-red-roadster) will be there, he copied and adapted my ideas.
