    GOV.Uk tax check web site

    Does anybody know what you put in when it asks you make of car

    I tried Marlin but it does not give you that option (or Kit Car again no option)

    I tried Ford (as donor car was a Sierra) - no joy

    Plan B is if I cant check then nor can boys in Blue (I suspect that's just a pipe dream)

    It past the MOT 1st time yesterday - zero issues - such joy!

      1800TC, Unleaded ported head, stage 2 cam. Ford Type 9 gearbox, Dolomite Sprint rear axle fitted with MGF disc brakes.
      Three core radiator, Renault Clio vented front discs.

              I saw that option -overseas at the moment so no easy access to V5 without asking my wife - will try on my return - I was just trying to check to save me a job when I got back

              I have a plan to scan documents like these and keep on phone for just these occasions

                  If I've got the right reg for your cabrio just type Marlin in the "vehicle make" box and press search. I know there's no pop up option for Marlin but it does work. Taxed 'til 1 Oct.
