I hope the V5 is marked as 2000cc ?

Good point: showing as 1798cc on DVLA vehicle enquiry.

Could be a problem if you try for Historic Tax - and the V5 is not correct which is an offence !!

been there sort of, my berly had an engine with a different number cf the v5, fortunately I have an invoice showing when it was fitted, back around 2000, I discovered the error in 2015 when applying for a French reg, fortunately dvlc accepted my paperwork and issued a revised v5 which then opened French doors(they do love paperwork over here) and I am now reg'd here a la frog - the car that is!
