M12 x 1.75 bolt if the interweb is to be believed - not sure the cup is strictly necessary..? I know I don't have one on mine.
I think I have an original bolt somewhere but the garage is currently home to various boxes of new bathroom so a somewhat difficult to find.

I recently had to change the bolts on one of my ball joints, they are M12x1.75's. Got them from Toolstation. Cheaper than screwfix with most bits.
