    Rear seat belts.

Has anyone successfully fitted safe inertia seat belts to the rear of a Berli?
How was it done - is there a chassis frame behind the seat to fit them to?
    Thanks.

    Re: Rear seat belts.

I'm actively looking for a Berlinetta to buy (Danny Nelson's also on the case!) and I'm trying to get as much useful info as possible up front so that, when I do get one, I can refurbish the car as quickly as possible and get it safe for my two little kids in the back.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

There are several ways that I have seen. The first is to fit a metal hoop at the rear to attach the belts to. not a big job. The second is to fit a lap belt type arrangement this is located to the horizontal member beneath the seat cushion. I am sure many other solutions can be achieved. As the saying goes Make it fit.
