Looks to be a Marina-based kit albeit with a non-Marina engine (exhaust on driver's side and engine mounts are non-standard)...so someone didn't keep DVLA updated..!
The Rostyle wheels (14"), chopped bonnet-side and the fact that the spare wheel carrier is missing suggest to me it may have been used for trialling...but just a guess.Marlin Roadster, LWB...1860 B Series + Ford Type 9

Where/how did you get these details..?
When I do a DVLA tax check using reg number & either Marlin or Morris as the make it comes back as "unable to find"...?Marlin Roadster, LWB...1860 B Series + Ford Type 9

That's because its registered as a Marlin Roadster.
If you use a site like "Mycarcheck" first that will give you the actual title the car is reg as.
Then it will come up on DVLA siteBen Caswell probably not the last word on anything here!!
