Wheel ID assistance please.

I need to source a 5th (matching) wheel for my Cabrio. To this end I need to know what this particular design / style was called. The original receipt from Marlin just states "wheels x 5" . By the simple expedient of taking one off, I have proof positive of "Fox" (CH FOX 3-15) Offset (ET35) and size (7J x 15 H2)....and "Made in Italy". I've seen a fair few Cabrios with the same wheels. Anyone know what there called, and where I might get one from?

I have 4 of those which have been lying behind my garage for several years. They all have a some minor damage from kerbs etc, but you are welcome to have them if you can arrange collection. I am on the Somerset/Dorset boarder.
