The Viva was only a 1.2 engine so this should be fine for a 1.3 engined Roadster, it's the 1.8's that suffered overheating much more.
I see the item is now sold, did you buy it? It looked a bit expensive to me.

Re: radiator
If you can look down the radiator cap or examine the radiator closely, you should be able to see two rows of slots for the water to pass from top to bottom tanks. With a bit of care a third slot can be fitted in the same thickness of radiator core. This increases the surface area of the radiator through which the water passes.
Even eBay try to explain it but searching 'radiator core' on google images will find multiple pictures.

Re: radiator
Am searching for a Radiator for a Marina 1.8 Marlin Roadster. In Vancouver, so postage is an issue. Japanese/Korean parts are in the breakers yards as well as a bunch of small American cars. . Any advice as to dimensions, Hose sizes, Reservoir tanks, fans, etc in the current world, would be much appreciated. Or even just pointers to relevant forum posts? Am guessing anything for a similar sized motor that fits inside the scuttle will do. Will try to fit an electric fan ahead of the Rad.

First, there must be an automotive radiator repair shop somewhere in Vancouver. They should be perfectly capable of repairing any radiator, and if necessary adding another core. How about http://hansradiators.com/
if you are suffering from overheating.

There have been successful attempts at fitting an uprated Honda Civic rad, but apart from being about the right size, plumbing connections are in different locations.

Re: radiator
I would go with getting the existing radiator repaired/enhanced by a local radiator specialist. I had a standard rad in my rally car that struggled so I got the local radiator specialist to fit a “high efficiency core” to it and it was fine after that. That’s my plan for the winter season this year, I would have done it sooner but you have to dismantle half the car to get to it…

Re: radiator
easiest thing to do is get your own radiator recored, however I had success fitting a honda civic radiator to my roadster and it worked really well. You will have to adapt some tubing to fit but it was all straight forward.
