Update on the Engine build

Greetings one and all,
the engine build is progressing well have used aviation grade bearings Grant phosphate rings the crank has been dressed full cleaned and all oilways reamed out for better oil flow. Had to abandon the side draft turbo idea not much gain for so much extra work. have included a few pictures of the current build, all being well it will be completed tomorrow and back home by Saturday. now pushing to get the chassis recoated and the body flated ready for a repaint in a few weeks.B1.jpgB2.jpgB3.jpg

Not my primary work
I am a senior lecturer at a large college in Birmingham I run the higher level motor vehicle courses, would give it up to just do this type of work and rebuild vintage cars.
