    Fitting a new propshaft U/J

I've fitted a new U/J to the rear end of my propshaft. All was going well but it seems to be quite stiff compared with the old one. It moved freely until I fitted the circlips that retain the cups. Is the normal?

Just give it a tap to settle the cups back against the circlips. Should then be free.

I'm doing a 60 mile run with the SKCC in the morning if I can get out of bed... it starts at 7!
