Think it may be YKC Roadster?

Owner has a V5 for a Ford Anglia but I doubt that has anything to do with the build and from what I've read on here it's pretty immaterial as it would not be cost effective to get it through an IVA.

Parts may be useful to someone to "renovate" a properly registered but knackered Roadster.

Looks like a hybrid to me. It was up a few months ago but obviously no takers.

Unlikley to be YKC as has leaf springs at rear.

Definitely a hybrid Marlin kit. At one time it had an Alfa(Fiat?) engine when it was complete and for sale in 1990.

Been up for sale several times in last 2-3 years

AFAIK no docs with it - if you discount the Ford Anglia V5

If as is unlikely there was a chassis number or evidence of an earlier registration could this not be reclaimed?
