              Last on road 1999 so must have had a V5.

                  The problem is if the V5 paperwork is lost and the car has not got a Vin plate on the car(which quite a lot of kits don't)
                  then there is no record of the Vin number to apply for a replacement log book V5. Especially difficult if you are not the
                  name on the DVLA records.
