4 branch exhaust

I am thinking of building a 4 branch exhaust manifold, 4 into 2 into 1 for Ford Zetec 1.8.

Can anyone help with primary pipe lengths and the secondary pipe length?

Give custom chrome a call. They supply DIY manifold kits and have a really good database of dimensions that have worked well for their customers. Speak to a guy called Nigel. You might need to pretend that you wish to purchase the DIY kit to get the help you need, but to be honest you would struggle to beat their price anyways. They are extremely helpfull.
