Correct ratios are different but more importantly the number of splines on the input shaft are different. You could swap the clutch plate around but the 1.3 has a smaller diameter so may not take the torque of a 1.8.

My mistake I misread the quote meverett wanted a 1300 gearbox. Maybe he read my post.
