    Marlin Roadster vs Panther Kallista

Taken at a recent Classic car run .. interesting to see the two designs side by side, which design has aged better ? Of course I'm biased !!

I seem to remember thinking they were brave to build that in period.

Agreed.. I hankered after one big time ! I'm no expert but I think it was their most popular car .. clever use of mg midget screen and doors too !

I’d be happy with either. I’d even be satisfied with the Jaguar XJ.

But to answer your question which has aged better; the Marlin has more of a classic shape. The Panther has more modern styling features. So I class the Marlin as an ageless classic.

        No bias here,
        Paul

If I am honest I prefer the Panther it just looks to me better it has a lower wider look which I prefer

In my eyes the Panther looks a bit bloated next to the Marlin. That said I'm probably a bit biased as the Marlin is a particularly fine example and a great colour too. An excellent example, I'd be more than happy to have this is my garage........
