  • Marina suspension upright - pin and stub shaft-swivel wanted

    Hi

Does anyone have a spare drivers side marina front suspension upright?

May have a part number 21H 5924 on it.

The crash obviously did a little more damage than first thought.

    Willing to pay for it.

    Hope someone can help.

    Regards

    Adrian

Not a real surprise in a front end accident. A few twisted uprights have found themselves on the second hand market, do everyone a favour and put an angle grinder through yours.

I would have a very close look at your suspension mounts, bottom eyebolt, lower arm, tie rod, and mini top arm.
The force that twisted your upright would have been resisted by all of them in concert.
that twisting force would also have travelled down your steering rack, so I could check that too as well as the opposite upright.

Time for a thorough check both sides of everything that might have shared the load.

All parts are being replaced as we speak.

I have just cut the threads off and it's now down the local dump.
