Milland is a village near Chichester, Sussex. So presumably driven from there to Holland as it was previously in Yorkshire.

But something is still odd about this car, it seems to have passed through many hands in the past few years.

I believe that in the EU, a car that can be proved by official documentation to be over 30 years old can be classified as such with a ‘historic’ number plate.
Especially important if it’s ESCA recognised, they can command high prices.

The EU generally does not have the same legacy of small volume car manufacturers that the UK has, again elevating prices.

I don’t see this as a problem for resale of kit cars as driving a RHD car in the predominately LHD area carries some risk, and insurance can be difficult.

You take your chances but expect a 6-8% charge to put a car into your name, normally free in the UK.

My Berly cost me 250€ to get 'Collection' status and a reg no. that was after the French Fed of ancient Vehicles(about 50€) had verified various items of proof and issued a Certificate of Verification, this was followed by a French MOT(about 45€), all documentation was then taken to the Department prefecture, the last bit took less than 10 mins!

Nice car, MK2 with Pinto seems like a good combination.

Pity that they cannot even get the basics right! Now described as a 2L DOHC Ford.
At that price my Alfa powered one with 5 speed has to be worth at least double.
