Pale grey over mid grey roadster

I've just seen a roadster as described on Pickmere Lane near The Windmill pub at J19 M6. Anybody recognise the description? I'm about 2 miles from where I spotted it.

I almost bought a Roadster of this description last year (I finally settled on another.) It was a sweet car. The owner lived in the Manchester area but I have discarded the details.
