1.8 B Series BHP & Twin SUs with no filters

Just had my car Dyno'd, and whilst the guy said it all looks okay, it's only managing 77.4 BHP (at) 5000rpm.

He seemed to think that this was about right, but I always thought this engine was supposed to produce about 95BHP? Where have my horses gone???

Was that 77 bhp at the wheels? The engine was rated at 95 bhp at the flywheel Expect transmission losses of 20 per cent
