Wipers not parking

Do I have to take the whole motor & geabox out out to get at the reverse side or is there something else I have to do to get the cog wheel out, i.e. pull harder? Can anyone scan and email me the instructions please, or am I wasting my time? Is it new wiper system time?

Thanks Jez - just the job.

I still can't see from the diagram exactly how the park switch is tripped but at least it has shown me that I need to take the whole thing off the car to sort it
