Wire Wheels

I would like to include wire wheels as part of the re-build of my Marina based car. I would like to avoid the bolt on variety.
Would it be possible to use the hubs as used on a Triumph Spitfire? These bolt on to the orginal studs (don't replace the entire original hub) and are the same PCD as the Marina.
