Hi Simon,
I had a similar problem and made a simple disc to cover the centre of the spare wheel. Covered in vinyl it looks quite good and cost only a few quid to make.

Ideally I was after the vinyl with a hard ABS cover. Like the right hand image you've attached. I can find them for 4x4s but not for my 13" wheel on my roadster

Simon,
I asked the company they can offer 13" seizes. I received an e-mail that they are the 24th of july back from holidays. If somebody have a clear Marlin logo, they can print that on the cover.
