I'm looking for a Solex 38 EEIT (78 TF 9510 aa/ea). This is for my Marlin 2,8l V6 Ford engine.

Do you know where I can obtain one ?

I am also searching for an ignition distributor for this engine.

His best bet would be to talk to Webcon or similar company and discuss his options.
Now might be the right time for an upgrade to a weber carb DGMS/DGAS. Parts are easily available for these carbs and they are very well known in the tuning world so loads of expertise out there for getting it jetted correctly etc.
I would say the same for the ignition. Maybe look at accu-spark or similar. Electronic ignition will give better performance and reliability.
