Selling my Berlinetta

Due to long term illness I have decided that my Berlinetta needs to go to a new home.
It is registered as a Marlin Berlinetta, on an L reg
2000 pinto engine, type 9 5 speed gearbox
New Battery
New set of tyres
Soft top with tonneaux cover,.
I do have a hard top which I may struggle to access, not looked at it for some long time so not sure of its condition.
The only slight problem I had when I drove it last is a sticking front brake caliper.
Car is in great overall condition, drives very nicely
Looking for around £4500 car is located in Dorking Surrey

I have found the hard top, it is unlined but pretty tidy externally.
I am realistically looking for £4500. or very near offer
