Do you mean interior or exterior.
Interior are early mini handles, or any that fit the square drive spigot.
Exterior where any that used a square drive rod to pass through the catch mechanism.
The lock is part of the handle assembly.
I'm sure if you look at various photos iit will become clear, will try to photo mine for you.
That's unless the builder of your Berlinetta modified away from the standard. -

Found these 2 photos, quicker than I thought I would hope they help.
Europa sell a variety of styles including 'T' boot handles, make sure you get matching keys.
