hi there everyone. I live in Southport and have an early Sportster and am thinking of some modifications. Mine has a very tall single roll hoop and a tall windscreen, no wipers, no roof. It would be very useful for me to have a good look around a newer one and take some measurements, see how things are done and see how the soft top works. Any volunteers from the north west. My car is currently SORN and to some extent, in bits so this would be a one way dekko.

I'm quite far away from you in Hampshire south of Basingstoke. If you do find yourself in this part of the world you're welcome to come look, mines a 2005 E30 BMW based Sportster, windscreen + wide roll bar. I don't have a roof though.
