Roadster with BMW engine and possibly hard top

This caught my eye on eBay because of the engine but looking at the images it looks to me like it has a hard top? No V5 or chassis number according to the listing. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/115553689442...

Edit: should read the description properly! Yes, it has a hard top.
