    Clutch master cylinder marina

    My master cylinder is losing fluid, its old Lockheed martin one.
    do I rebuild it or I read on here series 3 land rover ones fit?

    Fairly common swap among the TVR community as they are readily available and you're not paying the TVR tax! Just be aware that the Land rover ones we use on TVR's have a metric thread for the fluid pipe and not the original UNF. Can't say if this will be same in your case.

      Thanks, yeah apparently you can get the adaptor.

        I rebuilt mine with new seals. Ebay NOS as I remember. It hadn't seen any use for 30+ years so well knackered. Now works fine.

          Original part number for the Clutch master cylinder kit was SSB 1238 and SSB 619 for the slave cylinder seals

            I took mine apart and the whole bore looks like it was found with tutankhamen.

              Just for heads up part number STC500100 series 3 land rover master cylinder bolts straight in, just had to swap the clutch pedal arm. The pipe bolted straight in without the adapter.

              I now have a wonderful clutch pedal.
