    Due to problems the forum lost a message about brake master cylinder and caliper problems. If that person is still stuck(pun intended) please resubmit you question.

    I wondered what happened to it! I havent been online scince I posted it due to "decorating"(read major refit!!!)
    Anyway Yes,I am trying to strip and rebuild brake Master cylinder and after removing circlip and secondary piston pin I still can not remove inards have I missed something?
    Also any tips on how to remove stuck caliper pistons?

      Try using air pressure at the secondary outlet port,same with calipers

          As far as the master cyl prob check there is not a second circlip half way down the bore.Dont get your fingers in the gap of the calliper and cover with a cloth .
          As for suppliers have a look through the classic car mags for companies adverts.

            Calipers gone off for refurb at Classic Car Parts in Cheshire(see previous thread c/o P Oldland)
            Still working on Master cyl.
