HI Brian - those are on a YKC build - I havent got them myself ...yet! I did get in touch with aquila about 12 months ago and they said they would be £40 a pair!!! I have another pic whihc you might find useful. I have the hingey bit but not the mounting brackets. We should liaise over which bits we have - for making patterns :-) I will email you when I get a minute.Comment

Cameron, I wouldnt cut alloy panels with tin snips as you will get distortion along the edge.
If you have to do a long straight cut try using a good steel ruler and a few hard passes of a stanley knife then fold to and throw along the score until the panel parts.Comment

I used a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade to cut ally but it pays to clamp everything tight and support both sides as near to the cut as possible.Comment

A nibbler, either hand powered or electric is the easiest way of cutting alloy (or mild steel for that matter) without distortion. If you can produce a cad drawing there are firms that will laser or plasma cut panels.Comment
