Its from a Ford Sierra. You would need to buy a complete track control arm for the lower joint, there are always plenty on ebay.

      Hi Cabriobob
      Thanks for the reply
I had a feeling it might bea Ford Sierra, however the top ball joint appears to be fitted to the modified upright, if I'm right have you any idea what it is from ?
      Thanks

My info tells me it is a Metro top ball joint QH1060 5 OR S !!. Need to get some else to confirm before buying.

Just found some more info, it is QH1060S or Motoquip VSJ 473 fitted to the Metro from 1994 onwards as have a larger dia taper pin.

                    Hi Chimaera

I've just come back of holiday, so did not see your post until today. Have you sourced a build manual?
I have it in electronic format, which is much better than the original, and can send you a cd copy if you'd like one?

                    Regards

                    Mike
