Thanks Mike, I'm not going to use a header tank at the moment, rather the simple overflow bottle off the pressure cap, same configuration that the Vitesse 2ltr used. When I get a replacement radiator sourced I'll get the supplier to recommend and fit a header/expansion tank as needed as well.
Good to know that 4% figure.
