Great day out. Rain stayed off despite the forecast. And a fabulous selection of cars.
The hearse has been converted to a camper van!

Home again after a cracking day out. The Ironworks is a brilliant show. Marlin performing normally ie. popping and banging but not as much until Whitchurch when It let out a huge bang and stared popping and misfiring and it was raining! We pulled up and I found that the vacuum advance pipe had melted on the exhaust manifold. I cut the melted bit out and wrapped it in self amalgamating tape. Away again good as gold, still PS&F but not badly and a good run home with the engine running cooler too, weird or what. EVERY JOURNEY AN ADVENTURE.

Gareth, sorry we didn't stop to chat, we had arranged an early departure after the parade.
A great day, good to meet Tim and Karen (soon to be members) with their Roadster KHM.
Here's a selection of pics from an interesting place, they seem to like Gorillas - and there were
plenty of interesting cars as well. The horse motor cycle was fully rideable, but IVA or MoT ???
Note to self : 308 miles and 0420 --1810 is too long a day, must pick local trips next year
