  • Mk2 marina steering wheel cowl

    Hi all

Other than a Marina cowl (which are like rocking horse p**) what have people used?

I realise I will have to adapt whatever is used.

I never bothered. If I was going to rewire mine I'd go the hotrod route and use an after market indicator stalk and buttons for everything else...

my old roadster had a leathercloth cover - bit like a gear lever gaitor.

          Peter mmmm could be adapted.

Cameron I will think about that one.

I only have the one stalk to worry about on the left.

You could always be patient and keep watching ebay, it worked for me.

Would an MGB/ Midget one fit? LHD one so that the stalk opening is on the correct side. www.sussexclassiccar.co.uk/shop... about half way down the page.

If Adrian only needs one stalk, a Marina one would still need modifying to fill the second hole. Not to mention, quite probably turning upside down.

Now that's the baby, absolutely fantastic and little or no modification.

                  Cheers

Just check whether the screws come with the cowl; you may need to buy them separately.
