could anyone out there please tell me where i can, if possible find spares to repair or replace the diff on my marlin roadster. The crownwheel teeth have broken taking out the pinion as well but everything else is ok. it has a 1.7 marina/ital running gear. cheers

Re: marina diff spares
As a point of interest, it was more likely the pinion bearing being worn that allowed the pinion to tip up and down and run out of mesh literally twisting the teeth off the crown wheel. I have a 4.1 Triumph 13/60 herald crown wheel and pinion and a full set of fitted once but never run bearings that came from a college project. Its supposed to be possible to interchange with Marina Axle. I am going to exmoor on Friday if thats any help Mail me by end of Thursday or on here.Ben Caswell probably not the last word on anything here!!
