Tony, I have only just seen your earlier post on the Dunkerque Roadster

Interesting front wing and roll cage mods, it was for sale in Belgium last March.

Is it an A series engine, the carb looks wrong to me ?

Regrettably I don't know which car it is

I'll try to get some info, but if french owned they are reluctant to divulge --- strange really!!

The carb looks like a Weber twin choke side draught.

As ever, thanks. We have old pics of the car (almost a readable kit number, but not quite - 1247-B ??)
and a VIN on another (French produced?) plate

Yeap, I think that is a french product, I had to get one made for my Brian james transporter when I registered it here as a veteran trailer(older than 30 years). They are very similar.

Thanks, the Berli above we know but need to look further at this Roadster, not immediately obvious which it is, I don't recognise the dash, and I've certainly not seen a grille like that before.

                            Cheers Tony DC

The dashboard is made up of the original dials from a 1.8 tc marina. I have the same in mine.

Indeed it is Adrian. The car is(was) Q998 HPW, to France 2020
