I used Nitromoors in the end Tony. Soaked on thick for about a hour then power washed off the lacquer. If my paint job flakes it will be easy to touch up or I could pay for a proper job. A proper job will have to wait as too many other things to pay for first!!

Ok, thanks for that, I have some tatty alloys on my daily driver, which have some diamond cutting on them, thinking of stripping them and not bothering with the cut areas just to get an idea of the changed effect!
