During my lunchtime wanderings around the inter web, I stumbled across this site - which may be of use to some of you that would like a nice stereo, but not at the expense of the period look of your Cabrio / Sportster / Hunter / Berlinetta / Roadster:
http://www.classiccarstereo.co.uk/
They do a selection of classically styled stereos, what have modern internals and the stuff most of have come to expect from an in car radio, such as Aux in, high output and iPod / MP3 player compatibility.
Some of them really look the buisiness. And they're not that expensive when you look at the specs and the unique styling compared to the halfrauds boom box specials or bespoke conversions that you can get done using original, vintage car radios (like these http://www.tadpoleradios.co.uk/).
Cheers
Jason
